A native of Duluth, Minnesota, Gena Lee Nolin and her family moved to Las Vegas for her senior year in high school. At the recommendation of friends, she entered and won the Miss Las Vegas contest. Entertainment Tonight was on hand to tape Gena's surprise when it was announced that she was the newest member of the Baywatch cast. The 25-year-old former model was reading with star David Hasselhoff when he held up an inner tube saying 'Surprise! You got the part.'
